Secureframe IP Address

Understanding the Importance of IP Allowlisting/Whitelisting

IP allowlisting, or whitelisting, is a security measure that restricts network access to specified IP addresses. By adding trusted IPs to their allowlists, customers can prevent unauthorized access and mitigate potential security threats. For businesses relying on external services for data exchange, knowing the exact IP addresses used by these services is crucial for maintaining secure and reliable integrations.

Secureframe uses static IP addresses to ensure secure, reliable communication from our platform to customer environments. Depending on the use case, you may need to allowlist one or both sets of IPs.

Secureframe IP Addresses (General Platform Services)

The following IPs are used by Secureframe for all platform activity except for cloud integrations.

General Platform Service:

  • 3.226.132.107
  • 44.197.22.142
  • 44.197.199.200

Allowlist these IPs for Secureframe’s core services that do not involve cloud service provider APIs.

Secureframe IP Addresses (Cloud Integrations)

For integrations with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and DigitalOcean, API calls originate from the following IPs:

For instances hosted in US:

  • 44.193.136.123
  • 54.211.11.195

For instances hosted in UK:

  • 13.41.90.15
  • 13.43.4.152

These IPs are dedicated to outbound calls made by Secureframe to connect with cloud infrastructure environments.
