If you would like to import devices manually, Secureframe provides a CSV upload feature to get your device data into the platform, please follow the instructions below.
(Note: the more efficient approach to getting devices into Secureframe is using an endpoint security integration such as SentinelOne, NinjaOne, Kandji, Jamfpro etc.
How to bulk import devices manually
In order to bulk import devices manually, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the asset inventory page page
Click the plus sign to import devices manually
Download the excel template
Populate the template with the data for the devices you want to import
Save the file as a CSV, navigate back to Secureframe → Asset Inventory, & click on the plus sign to upload CSV
Select the file you want to upload
Review the data validation errors and click on the cells with the issues, either accept the proposed changes or edit directly by double clicking on the cell
Once all errors have been corrected click on “Import”
You will see a notification on the screen regarding the successful import
You can now view the devices in the platform
