When you make edits to a published policy that requires employee acceptance, Secureframe will prompt you to decide whether those changes require employees to re-accept the policy.
How it works
After editing a policy, click Publish. If the policy requires employee acceptance, a Publish Changes modal will appear.
Yes, require employee re-acceptance: Resets existing acceptances for this policy.
No, don't require employee re-acceptance: Publishes the changes without resetting current acceptances.
Note: All personnel in the groups assigned to this policy will be affected if re-acceptance is required. Employee acceptance can also be reset at any time after publishing.
