The Continuous Monitoring feature on Trust Center lets you show your customers and prospects which security controls you support at a glance to help you build trust quickly. Controls displayed on the Monitoring section of your Trust Center are sourced from the frameworks you’ve purchased through Secureframe Comply.
To customize what appears in your Trust Center’s Monitoring section, you must first enable the applicable frameworks to track. Do this by clicking Monitoring in the Site Designer on the left hand navigation. If you’re not already there, you can get to the Site Designer by clicking Trust Center in the main Secureframe left navigation, and then Site designer on the top right of the screen.
On the right panel you’ll see a list of the frameworks supported on your Secureframe account. Check the applicable frameworks you’d like your Trust Center to display controls for.
Once the frameworks are enabled, you can either add controls to an existing control group (one of the pre-existing boxes such as “Risk Assessment” or “Incident Response”), or create your own new custom control groups.
To add a new custom control group, expand the Monitoring section on the left navigation and look for the + New button on the bottom of the list
You can then customize the name of your new control group on the right panel.
Once you’ve named your custom control group, you can add controls to monitor and display on your Trust Center by clicking + Add control.
You’ll see a modal that looks like this.
Select a control to track in the Linked control dropdown. Once selected, you can alias this control with a human-readable display name of your choosing in the Display name field. Click Add and you’ll see your custom control render in your control group.
When you’ve completed adding groups and controls to monitor, click Publish on the top right of the Site Designer to set your changes live.
