Secureframe uses separate APCs for different regions, such as the US and EU/UK. To sign in successfully:
Log into the correct regional APC for your location.
Use the regional alias email provided for that APC.

Auditors most often run into:
Not receiving the magic link email needed to log in.
The magic link email being filtered into spam or quarantine.
Troubleshooting Magic Link Emails
If you're not receiving the magic link email, work through these steps in order:
Verify your email or alias. Confirm you're using the correct email or alias associated with your regional APC.
Check junk/spam folders. Look for the email there first.
Search your inbox. Search for any email sent to the alias address you're signing in with.
Consult your IT team. If the email is reaching your organization but not your inbox, ask your IT team to review filtering or quarantine settings, release the message, and adjust filters to allow future emails from the APC.
Try a different alias. If the issue persists, use a different working alias email and have it added to your APC account.
