Many pages in the Secureframe app offer filters and customizable table views to help you display more relevant information. Here is a quick overview of these features.
Applying a filter
More than one filter can be applied to display more selective results.
Click the filter icon in the top bar to open the Filters panel on the right side of the page.
Click on any filter category to expand it and configure your filter criteria. You can apply multiple filters at once.
To clear all active filters, click Clear all filters at the top of the Filters panel.
Using quick filter buttons
The top bar displays quick filter buttons that let you instantly filter the table by common criteria such as In scope, In compliance, High priority, and Medium priority. Any saved views you have created will also appear here as buttons.
Saving filters as views
You can save your active filters as a view for easy access later.
With your filters applied, click Save view... in the top right corner of the Filters panel.
Enter a name for the view and save it. The view will appear as a button in the top bar.
Editing and deleting saved views
Click the three-dot icon next to the saved view button in the top bar.
From the menu you can select Rename or Delete.
Organizing the data columns
Click the columns icon in the top bar to open the Columns panel on the right side of the page.
Use the toggles to show or hide individual columns.
Click and hold the drag handle next to a column to reorder it.
Click Save view... to save your column configuration to the current view.
Exporting a table view
Click the download icon in the top right corner of the page to export the table. The exported file will reflect any filters, column configurations, or saved views currently applied to the table.
