Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
I noticed for Office 365, the MFA information is not being pulled into Secureframe, even with a Premium P1 or higher Microsoft Entra ID license?
- In this scenario, we recommend verifying that the Global reader role is present under role assignment for the user who created the Office 365 connection in Secureframe.
Why am I receiving a "?" on the Vendor Access page for the MFA check for Office365?
- This typically means we are unable to pull the MFA status from your account due to the subscription type. In order to pull the MFA status an Entra ID Premium P1 (or higher tier) license is required.
