Datadog is a SaaS-based monitoring and analytics platform for large-scale applications and infrastructure. Datadog can be integrated into Secureframe to automate the evaluation and evidence collection related to compliance frameworks.
Connecting the Integration
To integrate Datadog with Secureframe, navigate to Integrations and search for "Datadog" on the "Available Integrations" page and click "Connect". (If you have the Custom Integration feature, click on "Add native connection"). Be sure to select the region that is applicable to you and follow the steps in the connection form.
You can now navigate to the "Integrations" page and you should be able to see your Datadog connection.
Once the integration is connected you will be able to see it in the "Integrations" page, you can control the following actions for your Datadog integration through this page:
- Check the connection status
- Run a sync
- Rename the connection
- Archive the connection
- Reconnect
Test Evaluation
- Monitoring Alerts (Datadog) - this test evaluates if monitoring alerts are configured in Datadog.
- Monitoring Dashboards (Datadog) - this test evaluates if monitoring dashboards are configured in Datadog.

The following permissions are necessary to ensure the required compliance data can be pulled into Secureframe:
