The Knowledge Base is a one-stop-shop for your company to store and manage your security, compliance, and technical knowledge including the information that is used to automatically answer your security questionnaires.
The content can be searched and referenced by anyone at your company with frequently asked and/or one-off questions and helps you manage all the content coming through your Questionnaire workflow.
After you complete onboarding on the Questionnaires page, you will be able to access that content in the Knowledge Base.
Keeping content up to date
Find content that has not been reviewed by filtering for content owned by you and the "Reviewed on" field. Then mark the content as reviewed in the kebab menu on the right hand side. Reviews can also be requested and review periods can be set upon creation of the question.
How to attach evidence to my content
Just select "Attach evidence / policies" in the 3 dot menu on the right side of your content tile. This allows you to reference policies you have already uploaded and any external documents that you would like to reference as relevant content.
Questionnaire relationship to my Knowledge Base
All the questions and answers that come through your questionnaire workflow can be accessed and edited here in the Knowledge Base. Any updates to question and answer content will be reflected in the next questionnaire you process in our platform. The more robust and comprehensive your knowledge base the better the confidence scores will be during questionnaire automation.
