Keep your Knowledge Base content up to date by setting up automated reviews. By assigning owners and default review periods, the content owners will receive automated emails linking them to the content that needs reviews. To get started:
- Set the default review period for your content
- Make sure all your content is assigned to an owner
- Check your email for review reminder emails
- Mark the content as reviewed in the app
If you would ever like to request a review outside of the normally defined review period, reviews can be requested in the same kebab menu by clicking "request review".
