Edit an Existing Account in the Service Partner Console (SPC)

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for updating an existing account or adding new features in the Secureframe Service Partner Console. It covers updating personnel counts, changing plans, adding/removing frameworks, and provisioning a la carte features so you can tailor an account to you customer’s needs.

Navigate to the Partner Console

Start by logging into the Secureframe platform. Make sure you're in the Service Partner Console view. (If not, you can switch to this view by navigating to the profile icon in the upper right corner. Click that icon, then select "Service Partner Console".)

  1. Select the Account From the Companies list, choose the account you need to update.
  2. Click Manage Plan Once in the account details, click the Manage Plan button to begin making changes to the existing account or plan.
  3. Update Personnel Count - If the personnel count is unchanged, simply click Next to move to the plan section of the plan builder.

Change the Plan

If you're looking to change the plan, click the Remove button (in red text) next to the plan you wish to remove, then click Add next to the new plan you'd like to enable.

As you make changes, the pricing on the right side will update accordingly. Once you're satisfied with the changes, click Next.

  1. Add or Remove Frameworks - In this step, you can add or remove any frameworks as needed for the account. Once you've completed this, click Next.

  2. Add or Remove A La Carte Features - If you're provisioning individual features, this step allows you to add or remove them. Note that if you've selected the Complete Plan, all upgrade features are included, so this step will not display for you. If this applies, simply click Next.

  3. Save Changes - Once all updates are made, click Save Changes to finalize the changes. Products will deploy, and billing will begin for any new features or plans at this time. Double-check all the information to ensure it's accurate.

Note on Backend Processing

Please be aware that updates, especially those involving multiple frameworks or larger environments, may take up to 24 hours to fully process and reflect due to the time required for backend cross-mapping. However, this is generally completed in a shorter timeframe.
