• Confirm that the email attribute is locked and being synced for all personnel from the personnel profile edit modal.
• Note: If the email attribute is unlocked, the field is manually updated and NOT populated via the integration. 
  

Here’s how it works:

• Automatic Sync: When your domain is updated in the connected integration (e.g., Google Workspace), Secureframe will reflect the new domain during the next sync cycle.
• Merging Records: In rare cases, you may need to manually merge personnel records in the Secureframe Personnel table, but this is generally uncommon.
• No Manual Updates Required: Unless there are specific syncing issues or discrepancies, no manual changes are needed within Secureframe.
