If you are having trouble logging in to Secureframe there are two options to sign in. You can request a Magic Link or use the Forgot Password option. Please view the below steps to use these options.

• Visit the Secureframe login page
• Click Trouble signing in?
• Enter your email address
• Click Send Link
• A reset password email will be sent to your inbox

Password Requirements

Password must be at least 8 characters, and include at least an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character. It also can't be the same as your most recent password.

Note: Your reset password email will expire after 8 hours and will need to be reset again. 

A Magic Link can also be generated to log in to Secureframe. Magic links are similar to the set up of a one-time password (OTP) for authentication, and they go through the same flow as a “Forgot Password” workflow. A high level overview of the process goes like this:  A user gives an application an email address and then clicks the magic link that is sent to their email—and, voilà, they’re logged in.

To use the Magic Link option, please follow the below steps:

• Visit the Secureframe login page
• Click Trouble signing in?
• Enter your email address (required)
• Click Send me a Magic Link
• A Magic Link will be sent to your inbox to sign into Secureframe

Note: Your Magic Link email will expire after 15 minutes and will need to be reset again.
