If you are having trouble logging in to Secureframe, you can 1.) use the Forgot Password options or 2.) request a Magic Link following the instructions below for each method.
Using the Forgot Password Method
To use the Forgot Password option, please follow the below steps:
- Visit the Secureframe login page
- Click Trouble signing in?
- Enter your email address
- Click Send Link
- A reset password email will be sent to your inbox
Password Requirements
Password must be at least 8 characters, and include at least an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character. It also can't be the same as your most recent password.
Note: Your reset password email will expire after 6 hours and will need to be reset again.
Using the Magic Link Method
Magic links are similar to the set up of a one-time password (OTP) for authentication, and they go through the same flow as a “Forgot Password” workflow. A high level overview of the process goes like this: A user gives an application an email address and then clicks the magic link that is sent to their email—and, voilà, they’re logged in.
To use the Magic Link option, please follow the below steps:
- Visit the Secureframe login page
- Click Trouble signing in?
- Enter your email address (required)
- Click Send me a Magic Link
- A Magic Link will be sent to your inbox to sign into Secureframe
Note: Your Magic Link email will expire after 15 minutes and will need to be reset again.

What am I getting a invalid token error?
- If you attempt to log in using an expired invitation link or password reset link, you may receive an "Invalid Token" error message.
- This typically occurs when the links have surpassed their designated time limit.
- To resolve this issue, please do a password reset
I have been using magic links this whole time and never actually setup a password, how do I do that?
- You can use the Forgot Password method located Here.
When trying to log in, Secureframe says I am blocked out. What do I do?
- You can use the Forgot Password method located Here to reset your password.
I am trying to invite my users to Secureframe, but the invite email is only good for 24 hours. What happens if they don't click that link in time?
- The 24 hour timeline is specifically for the onboarding link. If they miss the link window, they can still access Secureframe but may need to create a new password.
- They can still set a password for their user account on the main login page by clicking "Trouble signing in?" > "Forgot password"
