This vendors list excludes HR. Secureframe does not pull MFA information for any HR vendor.
Where MFA is not pulled, it is typically a limitation of the vendor.

Common test issues to check regarding MFA Tests:
- *Regarding Office 365, you might notice that MFA information is not being pulled into Secureframe, even with a Premium P1 or higher Azure Active Directory license. In this scenario, we recommend verifying that the Global reader role is present under role assignment for the user who created the Office 365 connection in Secureframe.
- On the Vendor Access page you are receiving a "?" status for the MFA check for Office365. This typically means we are unable to pull the MFA status from your account due to the subscription type. In order to pull the MFA status an Azure AD Premium P1 (or higher tier) license is required.
