Addigy provides Apple device management for Macs, iPhones, iPads, and offers remote monitoring and Apple Business Manager solutions for IT teams. 

Addigy can be integrated into Secureframe to automate the evaluation and evidence collection related to compliance frameworks.

Connecting the Integration

To integrate Addigy with Secureframe, navigate to Integrations and search for "Addigy" on the "Available Integrations" page and click "Connect." (If you have the Custom Integration feature, click on "Add native connection").

Follow the form steps and connect the integration.

Once the integration is connected, you will be able to see it in the "integrations" page. You can control the following actions for your Aikido integration through this page:

• Check the connection status
• Run a sync
• Rename the connection
• Archive the connection
• Reconnect

Password Policy Enforcement

The Addigy integration is currently unable to pull information about password policies because Addigy's devices API does not provide any password policy configuration details. This means that the "Password policy" column on the Asset Inventory page will be a question mark "?" to signify that it is unknown.

Until Addigy improves their API, please upload evidence of your password policy and let your CSM know that this limitation affected you.
