Email Logs help company admins stay informed about the automated emails Secureframe sends to users (like task assignments or onboarding invites) and vendors so nothing gets missed. Email logs only show emails created on or after March 17, 2025.
Types of Emails Logged
Here are some of the emails that appear in the log:
- User access (e.g., auditor) role granted or revoked
- General email notifications
- Personnel task assignments
- Knowledge base content review requests
- Admin digest summaries
- Task digests
- Test activity alerts
- Integration disabled alerts
- Security questionnaire assignments
- Employee onboarding invitations
- Trust Center emails (e.g., request accepted or received)
- Vendor review requests
Accessing Email Logs
- Navigate to Company Settings by clicking the avatar icon in the top-right corner.
- Select the Email Logs tab.
You can also go to a specific user's Personnel details page to view a log of emails sent to that individual.
Clicking View emails sent to this personnel will take you to the Email Logs tab, filtered to show only emails sent to that user.
What You Can Do
- Search: Find emails by user name or email address.
- Filter & Sort: Filter by delivery or open status, or sort by date and subject.
- Track: See when an email was sent, whether it was delivered, and if it was opened.
