Provision new accounts with our Service Partner Console

Our latest enhancements to the service provider provisioning tools are designed to offer a clearer, more transparent, and seamless experience when setting up new accounts. This guide will walk you through each step of the process, from creating an account to starting a subscription for your customers.

Creating an Account

To begin the provisioning process, you’ll first need to create a new account. This is your first step towards a customized service experience with us.

  • From the Service Partner Console (SPC), click on “Add Company.”
  • Please fill in as much information as you can, ensuring you complete the three required fields.
  • Once all information is entered, click “Save” at the bottom of the screen to proceed.

Choose a Plan

After creating the account, select it from the list, then click on “Choose a Plan”. You will then be prompted to specify the number of personnel. This is a mandatory step as it influences the plan options suitable for your needs.

  1. Select Number of Personnel: This determines the appropriate plan options for your account.
  2. Choose Your Plan: Each plan includes clear details about what’s included, helping you make an informed decision.

Select Frameworks

Once you've selected a plan, you'll choose the desired frameworks:

  • Included Framework: One framework is always included in your plan.
  • Additional Frameworks: You can add additional frameworks for a fee, which will be clearly outlined during this step.

Add-Ons

Next, you'll have the option to add any additional services or features to your plan:

  • Available Add-Ons: Here, you can select from a variety of add-ons to enhance your package.

Review and Confirm Your Package

Before finalizing, you will be directed to a review page where you can:

  • Review Your Package: Double-check what's included in your plan and the total monthly cost, including any discounts applied.
  • Transparent Pricing: The final step provides a complete breakdown of the monthly costs.

Start Subscription

Once you've reviewed and confirmed the details:

  • Start Subscription: Clicking this will begin your subscription, and billing will start immediately.

Summary View

After provisioning your accounts you will have the follow options via a slideout.

  • Company Slideout: You can view a summary of your account, including the monthly price and details of everything included in your package.

This new process ensures that you have all the information you need to make the best decisions for your customers, with transparency and clarity at every step.
