Manually add a new employee

Secureframe runs daily syncs against your Business Suite and Human Resource connections, such as GSuite and Gusto, to have the most up-to-date employee and contractor data within the platform. New employees and contractors will automatically be added to Secureframe under the Personnel page, following the daily syncs.

 

If you need to add personnel that are not part of your Business Suite or HR connections, you may do so by uploading a CSV file. Instructions are here.

Secureframe admins have the option to run a manual sync in the platform, under the Integrations page, to refresh the connection and pull up-to-date data.
