Reset policy acceptance status for personnel

Overview

Admins can reset policy acceptance status for personnel to have the personnel reaccept policies as required.

How to reset policy acceptance

  1. Navigate to the personnel page
  2. Locate the personnel that you want to reset the policy acceptance for
  3. Click the three dot menu and click reset policy
  4. From the reset policy acceptance menu, select the policy/policies you would like to reset, you can either select all or the specific policies you would like to reset.
  5. Once you've selected the policies you want to reset, you have to make the decision on whether to reset policy acceptance status for all years, or only reset policy acceptance status for the most recent year and hit save.
  6. Once policy acceptances have been reset, you will receive a notification regarding the successful reset, as well as be able to see the changes reflected in the personnel’s details

Test evidence is updated for reset personnel

  1. Once the policy acceptance has been reset for a personnel, the corresponding test evidence for appropriate test(s) related to the policies reset will also be updated. 
  2. To view this, navigate to the Tests page
  3. Search for the tests related to policies you reset for the personnel
  4. Refresh the test
  5. Click on evidence and click failing

Next steps for personnel

Once the policy acceptance has been reset for a personnel, they will need to go into employee onboarding by logging into Secureframe and will have to read and accept the policies

How to view historical completion history in Data Room

All previous policy acceptance history is retained and accessible through the Data Room. In order to access the history, click on the steps below.

  1. Navigate to the Data Room
  2. Click on “Export Data”
  3. Select “Policy Acceptances”
  4. Click export
  5. Review the CSV file for history of policy acceptances
