Getting started with Secureframe

Welcome to Secureframe! In this article, we will walk through the initial tasks you would see when logging into Secureframe for the first time. 

Signing in for the first time 

  1. Upon signing in, you will see the initial Secureframe greeting and some best practices on setting up your account. Select Get Started once you are ready to move forward
  2. The first step in setting up your Secureframe account is filling out your company profile with your organizations details, such as: Company name, founded year, domain, address and logo. After completion click Next02.jpg
  3. In Step 2, you can being to start connecting your core integrations such as your Human Resource Service and/or Business Suite integration. This is just the starting point and you can always connect to more later. Once you are finished click Go to Secureframe to unlock the dashboard 03.jpg

Secureframe "Monitoring" Dashboard

Once the initial onboarding is complete, you will now see the Secureframe Monitoring view. The left side bar contains the navigation to different areas in the platform. At the very bottom you will see the Get Started view. Here you will be able to view all your Onboarding tasks grouped in smaller sections

Click Go to Company Settings to finish setting up your company profile. Read more on this by visiting our Company Details help center article

Your Customer Success Manager is a great resource for additional information. If you're not sure who that is, please reach out to the Customer Experience team at support@secureframe.com and we'll get you connected

Configure your integrations

Next you will continue to add the services you use such as your Cloud Service Provider and Mobile Device Management. Click Go to Integrations to find and connect to these services.

Kickstart your compliance program

In this section, you will add vendors to Secureframe and populate the Risk Register with any identified risks. For more information on Vendor Management, please visit our help center's dedicated section. If you need assistance with the Risk Questionnaire, you can find more details here.

If you haven't selected an auditor yet, we recommend reaching out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) for further guidance. For additional information on Penetration Testing, please refer to the Managing Compliance section in our help center.
